We want you to love your iconic. order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We don’t accept returns for size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace or refund it.

To start a return, contact us at info@iconicofficial.com.We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made an error or the item arrived defective. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix it.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: banks and card providers may take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received it, please email us at info@iconicofficial.com.
